With the increasing use of food waste for anaerobic digestion, Anaerobic Digestion has becomes more widespread as a method of food waste treatment. This material needs suitable treatment if it is to be applied as a fertiliser or used for other purposes such as landscaping, soil improvement or manufacturing. In 2022 PAR successfully constructed their very own pasteurisation system, one of the first of its kind in Northern Ireland.
